The first half of May brought exciting bouts for both of our teams.
On May 5 & 6 we hosted 3 bouts at the Kill Floor in Greeley. Red Stick Derby from Louisiana first took on the Pikes Peak Derby Dames from Colorado Springs. After coming away successful, Red Stick then took on our very own FoCo Microbuisers. It was a close match, but FoCo came away victorious.
On May 6 before heading back to Louisiana, Red Stick took on the 10th Mountain Roller Dolls from Eagle, CO and again dominated the Kill Floor.

On May 12 our FoCo Brew Crew team went to Denver to skate against the Rocky Mountain Rollergirl’s Contenders. The crowd was wicked fun and it was the first bout for several members of our league (Go Machestic, Legs Benedict, Parks & Wreck!!). While Denver mopped the floor with us, we worked together, had fun, and came away stronger.
The night was also a double header with our friends Crossroads City Derby from Las Cruces, NM facing off against Rocky Mountain Roller Derby with our sisters from Denver coming away victorious again.
